  • How do I reserve a home?

    You can reserve a home by calling our office at (269) 762-4500 or online 24 hours a day. All online reservations require authentication by a reservationist. We require 50% of the reservation total and a signed rental agreement to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

  • Can my dog vacation with me?

    Southwest Michigan is a pet-friendly area and many of our vacation homes allow dogs. All dogs must be pre-approved and there is a non-refundable pet fee. You can view our pet-friendly homes by selecting ‘Pet Friendly’ from the ‘Vacation Rentals’ drop-down menu. All pets are required to be leashed when in unenclosed areas and to adhere to our local ordinances.

  • How do I check-in?

    On your arrival date, you will have access to your door or key box code via our mobile app. You will also find driving directions and instructions on where to park. Please send us an e-mail or call the office if you are having trouble accessing the app or have not received your invitation to join.

  • When are check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in time at all of our homes is 4:00 pm. Check-out times do vary depending on the vacation home. Please check the property page of our mobile app to verify the check-out time at your vacation home. Our normal times are 4:00 pm & 10:00 am. We are happy to offer extensions if we do not have a conflicting reservation or scheduled maintenance. Please note during our peak season (Memorial Day-Labor Day) extensions are rare.

  • What is the check-out procedure?

    You will find a list of check-out requests at your vacation home and on our mobile app. To maintain our high standards, our maintenance and cleaning staff must have adequate time between guests to complete their tasks. Our cleaning staff will promptly begin cleaning at the agreed-upon check-out time to ensure our home is ready for the next guest.

  • What if I have to cancel my reservation?

    Please call our office immediately if you are unable to vacation with us for any reason. We will try our best to re-reserve the property on your behalf. If we can re-reserve the property for any portion of your reserved dates, you will receive a pro-rated refund less a $300 rebooking fee plus the processing fee. However, in the event we are unable to re-reserve the property for your canceled dates, you will be responsible for the entire rental amount and a refund would not be issued. We do offer travel protection insurance that may cover many reasons for cancellation.

  • When go I get the keys/codes to the property?

    Upon your arrival date, you will have access to your door or key box code via our mobile app. You will also find driving directions and instructions on where to park. Please send us an e-mail or call the office if you have trouble accessing the app or have not received your invitation to join.

  • Are linens, towels, and kitchen utensils provided?

    Every home is well-equipped with linens on each bed, with an extra set for any sleeper sofas in addition. Each bathroom is appropriately stocked with bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and bath mats to accommodate the sleeping capacity of each home. There are starter sets of soap, detergent, dish soap, and toilet paper there for your convenience. Kitchens are each stocked with enough dishes, serving pieces, glassware, and all the other kitchen necessities to prepare meals during the guests’ stay.

  • Do the rental properties have washers and dryers?

    All of our properties have washers and dryers in the home for guest use. We provide a starter set of laundry detergent for our guests to use when they arrive.

  • Can I have my wedding or special event at one of your homes?

    Our vacation homes are not set up for large events and the occupancy rate of the home is never to be exceeded at any time without pre-approval.

  • What are your office hours?

    Our local staff is in the office 7 days a week. During the non-peak season, office hours are 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. During the peak season (Memorial Day-Labor Day) office hours are 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. If you need assistance during your stay, please call our office at (269) 762-4500. If our answering service takes a message, they send it via e-mail to our entire staff so leaving a message will ensure the quickest response. If there is an emergency, please be sure to indicate that to the answering service so they can contact our on-call staff member.
